Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zelvra, an AI virtual secretary that helps you manage your calendar and email. By creating an account or using Zelvra, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.

Connected Google services

You may connect your Google Calendar and Gmail. You authorize Zelvra to access them only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or from your Google account. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

The final say is yours

• Zelvra's AI can make mistakes. Review proposed times, bookings and email drafts before relying on them.
• Zelvra sends email from your account only after you approve the exact message. You are responsible for the content of emails you approve and the bookings you confirm.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zelvra to send spam or unlawful content, harass others, attempt to break or overload the service, access other users' data, or violate any law or third-party rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of your calendar entries, messages and other content. You grant Zelvra the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the service to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Zelvra reliable but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zelvra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed appointments or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Termination

You may stop using Zelvra and request account deletion at any time by emailing johnthomas@zelvra.dev. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
